We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and Möllering Gummi- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH as site administrators have concluded an agreement in which our respective obligations under the GDPR are regulated. Processing of your data – purpose of processing

We operate a LinkedIn page so that we can present ourselves and our products via a social media channel and so that we can communicate with interested people. The joint processing of personal data only takes place when you interact with our LinkedIn page.

This is always the case when

• click a like button,
• share a post,
• Send us a message,
• go to the page,
• or any other possible interaction on our LinkedIn page.

In addition, we can analyze the views and interactions on our LinkedIn page. For this we receive usage profiles and statistics. The visitor statistics created are only transmitted to us in anonymised form. We do not have access to the respective underlying data. This information recorded by LinkedIn also creates demographic and geographic evaluations and makes them available to us. Legality of data processing

The data processing always takes place on a valid legal basis according to Art 6 GDPR.

• Your voluntary consent, which can be revoked at any time, e.g. if you “like” a post – Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR,
• the need to fulfill or carry out our contractual or pre-contractual relationship, e.g. when you send a request – Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR,
• to fulfill legal obligations to which Möllering Gummi- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH is subject – Art. 6 Para. 1 c GDPR, or
• to safeguard our legitimate interest, which legitimizes the processing of your data to the appropriate extent – Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR. Retention of your data

When processing your data, we always adhere to the principles of so-called purpose limitation and storage limitation. We therefore never store your data longer than we are allowed to or we are even legally obliged to do so (e.g. due to tax requirements). If the relevant retention periods have expired, we will delete your data immediately.

Your rights as a data subject

• To request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR;
• To request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;
• In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible;
• According to Art. 21 GDPR, the data processing authorized by us in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR at any time without giving reasons;
• To revoke your consent to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7 Paragraph 3 GDPR. However, this revocation only relates to future data processing. The legality of the processing based on this legal basis is not affected;
• To complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence.
