We focus on two processes in particular: Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and PolyJet 3D printing technology.

With selective laser sintering, we can quickly create functional products and prototypes from the 3D data of any complex geometries. The workpiece is built up layer by layer (layer thickness approx. 0.1 – 0.15mm) by using a laser beam to melt out the applied thermoplastic powder according to the component contours. We can realize installation space sizes of up to 700 mm x 380 mm x 580 mm.

Tool inserts for the injection molding of articles

With the help of PolyJet 3D printing technology, tool inserts for the injection molding of items with a part weight of up to approx. 100g and primarily small quantities are manufactured.

The production of injection molded items using Polyjet mold inserts is a further addition to our production capacities for our company. With this technology, liquid photopolymer is hardened by UV light in the layer construction process. The production of complex geometries and thin walls can be implemented with this process.

With different materials, requirements such as smooth surfaces or outstanding dimensional stability through to elastic properties can be achieved. The maximum installation space is 255x252x200 mm.
